         LEAGUE RULES

With Michael Raffurty as league owner and two new admins Bryan Wilmont and Justin Witt. Feel free to contact any of those 3 people if you have questions, concerns or suggestion about the league. We also have changed a few rule's as well as the points system.

 

We will be following the official iracing late model schedule with a few track changes due to caution issues and un popular tracks. Please view the full schedule and rules in the league directory or the Back Of The Pack web site.   

 

The new rule we are adding is called "The Gentleman's Rule" How this works is you call your own foul. So if you caused a caution, you must own up to it and the guilty driver will be sent to the back of the pack. If nobody owns up to causing the caution our admins will review the incident post race and whoever is found at fault will be docked 5 championship points. If the incident is deemed to be just a racing deal then no penalty will be issued. A self spin is not a racing deal and will be penalized.

The other rule is on the opening lap the race will start on the GREEN FLAG. Any restarts after that the leader has control AFTER the pace car has all four tire clear of the track.

This season we are running a 12 week schedule with 1 drop week. Final race is NOT a drop week and is double points.

This season there will be No Bonus points except the driver who gets the pole will earn 1 bonus point. . There will be NO incidents points deducted unless you reach the max of 17 incidents then you will be disqualified from that race. Points earned are based on your finish and they are as follows.
